A studio that makes the whole thing

Brand identities, websites, films, illustration, motion, AI-generated creative, packaging, presentations. Most studios do one of these. BILDA does the whole set, and it comes out looking like one thing, because one studio made it.

The idea decides the medium, not the other way round. Bring the problem. We'll work out whether it's a logo, a film, a room you can walk through, or something without a name yet.

    Three steps. The same three whether it's a wordmark or a launch.

    1. I

      Idea

      We listen until the problem is clear, then find the one idea that can carry everything: the mark, the film, the box, the page. If the brief is vague, good. Vague is where the interesting work starts.

    2. II

      Build

      Drawn by hand where hands are better. Generated where generation is faster, then corrected by hand anyway. Designed and coded by the same people, so nothing is lost between the sketch and the ship.

    3. III

      Thing

      Something real. Printed, shipped, launched, live. With the files, the rules and the next three ideas we had while making it.

    04Studio

    BILDA is a creative studio in Lisbon. Small on purpose, wide by design.

    It was founded in 2026 by Sílvia Flores after nine years in technology, at Google and YouTube, then Cloudflare, and two years building brands end to end: identities from first sketch to finished merchandise, a children's book with two websites, a campaign film cut four ways, and product configurators that take real orders.

    The studio also runs its own house, Maison de Flores, a silk label that works as BILDA's permanent laboratory. Every method here was tested there first: the drawing, the printing, the film, the shop, the launch.

    We work in English and Portuguese, in Lisbon and across time zones, with a bench of specialists we bring in when a project needs more hands: photographers, developers, producers, printers.
